A STORYTELLING AFTERNOON IN PORT-DANIEL-WEST

We are proud to present the first event for the English community organized by Accès Culture – Pop Up! in collaboration with the «Three Stars» Senior’s Club, the city of Port-Daniel-West, and the Réseau en Développement Social Rocher-Percé.
Join us at the «Three Stars» Senior’s Club at 2pm Saturday April 29th for an afternoon of storytelling with Stéphane Maddix Albert.

Stéphane Maddix Albert is a Chiac storyteller from Moncton, NB. Stéphane uses storytelling to question the norms of our world. For the past 10 years, he has been sharing his contemporary adaptations of old tales throughout Quebec and Acadia.

Accès Culture Pop Up !  — is a project brought by Courant Culturel Rocher-Percé — who’s mission is to organize, free and accessible cultural events for the population of the MRC Rocher-Percé.

The project is made possible thanks to the financial participation of the Regroupement des MRC de la Gaspésie, The Fondation Lucie et André Chagnon, and the municipality of Port-Daniel–Gascons.

Stéphane Maddix Albert est un conteur chiac originaire de Moncton, NB. Il utilise le conte pour remettre en question les codes de notre monde. Depuis 10 ans, il partage ses adaptations contemporaines de contes anciens à travers le Québec et l’Acadie.

Accès Culture Pop Up ! — initié par Courant Culturel Rocher Percé — a pour mission de faire exploser des prestations artistiques gratuites sur le territoire de la MRC du Rocher-Percé afin d’aller à la rencontre des différents milieux de vie.
